The only way to get Golfbidder Store Credits is to sell your used golf clubs to us.
How will I be refunded?
If you return your purchase to Golfbidder, any refund due to your will be via the original payment method.
For example, if you paid via Golfbidder Store Credit, you’ll be refunded the credits back.
Can you part pay in store credits and part cash/card?
Yes, during the checkout you can choose how many store credits you want to use for your purchase, and then pay the balance with a credit/debit card.
Please note, you cannot part pay with store credits and any of our other payment solutions, only a credit or debit card.

What are Golfbidder Store Credits?
Golfbidder store credits are a payment solution for both buying and selling golf clubs with Golfbidder.
You can choose to be paid with store credits when you sell something to Golfbidder.
They’ll be stored in your account for when you next need to make a purchase of anything on our site.
Please note, store credits can only be used for transactions on the website.
When will I get my Golfbidder Store Credits?
Your Golfbidder Store Credits will be automatically added to your account once your clubs have been accepted by our inspection team.
You will get an email when this has happened.

Do you store my card details?
Golfbidder do not store any credit card details. All payments are hosted and process by our provider.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to the UK costs just £6.99 - no matter how many items you buy - and will arrive next working day, if you order before 2pm.
What happens if I am not home when my clubs arrive?
All items delivered must be signed for. If nobody is available to sign and you have no special instructions then the courier will post their contact details through the door for you to contact them directly to reschedule the delivery. There is no extra charge.
Can I change my delivery address?
Your order does not have to be sent to your billing address. When you place your order, you can specify a different delivery address at the checkout. However, we may require your first order to be sent to your billing address.

Can I track my order online?
Yes – when you place your order you will receive details of how to track the parcel through the carrier's website.
Can I choose to collect my order?
Yes – you can arrange to collect your order from the Golfbidder Showroom Chessington, Surrey. This is an option during the checkout process.
How Does Delivery Work?
You'll receive an email as soon as the club leaves Golfbidder HQ, which contains a link allowing you to track the progress of your parcel.
Deliveries take place on week days between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (business address) and 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (residential addresses).
All deliveries will require a signature. Suppose nobody is available to sign, and you have provided no special instructions. The courier will post their contact details through your door and reattempt delivery for the next three (3) working days. After this, the carrier will hold your order at your local depot, where you can collect it. If you have not collected your parcel after a further five (5) working days, it will be returned to us. If this is not suitable, you may consider using a Carrier Access Point. Please see here for more information.

We want to reassure all our European customers that nothing has changed and that all purchases from Golfbidder are inclusive of any additional taxes or charges. The price you pay at checkout is the final price – there will be nothing more to pay, so please buy with confidence.

When will I get my tracking information?
Your tracking information is provided via email once your item is picked and packed. It is updated once (and each time there after) your parcel is scanned.

Can I return my order?
Yes – we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all used golf clubs, as well as, a 12 month warranty on all of our goods. For all Returns of new products, please return in the original packaging.

What is Hyperwallet?
Hyperwallet (a PayPal service) is a payout provider which allows us to speed up payout for your used golf clubs. We now send money electronically rather than via cheques in the post. For more information, read our guide on how Hyperwallet payouts work.
Why do you ask for card details?
We ask for card details to check the details provided match your billing address. This check is part of the requirements for second-hand goods and is only needed to sell clubs.

Products & Inventory
Are the bags and accessories new?
Yes – with the exception of lake balls, and a few other products, all of our bags and accessories are brand new. It will be clear from the listing if a product is not new.
Do you sell new golf clubs?
Yes – although the majority of our clubs are used, we do stock new clubs from all of the top brands.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We are not currently selling gift vouchers/cards. These will available again soon.
Do you sell single irons?
Currently, we do not sell single irons; however, we are actively looking at this.
